Who we are
We are a dedicated team of experienced Monitors, comprising both male and female professionals who are fluent in English and Spanish. Our Agency Director holds a license as a Child Therapist, providing us with a unique advantage in ensuring the well-being of the children under our care and effectively communicating with all parties, especially in high-profile and difficult cases.
A New Hope provides comfortable and conflict-free visitation services by court approved trained professionals who meet and exceed the standard 5.20 Uniform Standards of Practice for Professional Providers of Supervised Visitation (PPSV).
What We Offer
The goal of A NEW HOPE is to provide children and their families with safe and enriching opportunities for interaction and continuing of important familial relationships despite the conflict or other difficult circumstances they may be experiencing.
We are able to accommodate bilingual visits, overnight visits, traveling visits, supervised exchanges, transportation and supervision of telephone or video calls.
